388wi Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 388wi platform, including the website at 388wi.onl, all games, sports betting markets, live casino, bonus offers and any other services or features made available through the platform. By accessing or using 388wi in any way — whether by registering an account, browsing the website or placing a bet — you confirm that you accept these Terms fully and without reservation.

These Terms apply alongside the 388wi Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 388wi. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms take precedence.

388wi reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use a 388wi account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 388wi is strictly an adult platform and will not knowingly provide services to anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 388wi, or an immediate family member of such an employee, where this creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not be using the platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling or casino games are explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at registration and when requested during account verification.

3Your Account

One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one active 388wi account. Opening a second account — whether under the same name or a different name, using the same device or a different one — is a breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 388wi reserves the right to close all but one account, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts and, in cases involving deliberate abuse, retain any balance held in the duplicate accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 388wi login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity that takes place through your account while logged in will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally carried it out. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 388wi support immediately and change your password without delay.

Accurate Information

All personal information you provide to 388wi must be accurate and genuine. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. 388wi may request verification documents — such as a copy of your national identity card or proof of payment method — at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including suspension of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting 388wi support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed according to the standard withdrawal policy. Accounts that have been closed voluntarily and then reopened will be subject to fresh identity verification before full functionality is restored.

4Deposits

388wi accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposits are credited to your PKR account balance. 388wi does not charge a deposit fee on its side, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 388wi is not responsible.

Deposits are generally credited promptly after confirmation by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact 388wi support with your transaction reference and the support team will investigate.

388wi only accepts deposits from payment methods that belong to the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a payment method that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder, the funds may be held pending verification and, if ownership cannot be confirmed, returned to the source.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account. 388wi aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is required for all accounts. If your account has not been verified, withdrawals will be placed in a pending queue until verification is complete.

Withdrawals may be delayed or declined in the following circumstances:

• Bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met on the balance being withdrawn.
• The account is under review for suspicious activity or potential fraud.
• Verification documents have been requested and not yet provided.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds the daily or weekly limit applicable to your account tier.

388wi does not charge a withdrawal fee on its side. Payment provider charges, if any, are outside 388wi's control.

6Bonuses & Promotions

388wi offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. By accepting any bonus you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 30 times the bonus amount before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for any active bonus is visible in your account's bonus section.

Bonus Abuse

388wi reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk bets designed purely to clear wagering requirements rather than to genuinely engage with the games, or exploiting an error in the bonus calculation. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of 388wi.

7Games & Betting

388wi offers a range of products including slot games, live casino tables, and a sports betting sportsbook. The following rules apply across all products.

Casino Games

All casino games — including all slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack and all other table games — use certified random number generators (RNG). Results are entirely random and independent of previous outcomes. The theoretical return to player (RTP) for each game is published in the game's information panel. RTP figures are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual player's results over any session.

Sports Betting

The 388wi sportsbook covers Cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and Test series — as well as Football and Esports. Odds are displayed before you place a bet and are correct at the time of display, but may change before your bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, the odds are locked in. Bets cannot be cancelled after they have been accepted unless 388wi determines that the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds.

Void Bets & Errors

388wi reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest technical or pricing error. In such cases the staked amount will be returned to your account balance. If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or otherwise does not complete under the conditions set out in the betting rules, bets may be voided or settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules displayed in the sportsbook.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to both casino games and sports betting. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. 388wi may adjust stake limits at any time and may apply individual account-level limits where necessary.

8Fair Use & Conduct

You agree to use the 388wi platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets or claim bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes on the platform for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment details, false identity documents or chargebacks made in bad faith.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using 388wi accounts in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 388wi staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

388wi monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account that shows patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily restricted. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, 388wi may close the account, void all pending bets and bonuses, and retain the account balance to cover any losses or costs incurred.

9Privacy & Data

388wi collects and processes personal data as described in the 388wi Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with that policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions and communicate with you about your account.
• Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• 388wi may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services as required to operate the platform.
• You have the right to request access to the data held about you by contacting 388wi support.

10Responsible Gaming

11Account Suspension & Termination

388wi may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 is identified.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and cannot be verified.
• Continuing to operate the account would expose 388wi to legal, regulatory or financial risk.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 388wi will communicate the reason to the account holder as soon as it is practicable to do so, except in cases where disclosure would compromise the investigation. If an account is closed permanently due to a breach of these Terms, any withdrawable balance — after deducting any bonuses or amounts connected to the breach — will be returned to the account holder through the payment method on file, at 388wi's discretion.

12Limitation of Liability

388wi provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 388wi makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond 388wi's control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

388wi is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's decision to gamble, including any financial losses incurred while using the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability in cases of fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

388wi may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes, 388wi will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details on their account. Continued use of the platform after the revised Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using 388wi and may request account closure as described in Section 3.
